Space Balls® panel door spacers allow for seasonal wood movement to prevent cracking of frames:

• Properly placed, they automatically center panels during assembly.
• Once installed, they expand and contract with wood movement to eliminate panel rattle and reduce glue joint cracking due to expansion and contraction.
• Use 8-10 balls, equally distributed around frame, per door – fit standard 1/4″ stile and rail grooves.
• Space Balls® should fit snug, but not tight-compressing no more than one-half the diameter of the ball to prevent ‘weeping’ of the oils used in manufacturing.
